I graduated from Oxford Brookes in 2011 with a Bachelor degree. I worked for over 10 years in Oxford treating all ranges of patients from sports enthusiasts to the elderly.

I have always been keen on sport and closely follow rugby, cricket, tennis, golf and horse riding. Watching these sports has given me a real love of the biomechanics of the body and helping my patients achieve the best function they can.

 

I like to encourage my patients to self-manage as much as possible through exercise and simple, easy to do stretches.

I have also ridden horses since I was 3 years old. I have produced my own horses from youngsters up to international level in eventing. I currently have 2 horses that I have bred myself and am now focusing more on dressage.
